Job Description
OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Formulate customer services strategies to acquire profitable customers' cargo volume and develop new revenue stream
b) be responsible for overall internal and external customers' enquires and all agreed SLA of customers
c) Air cargo products development to cope with the market needs
d) Work with cargo commerial team to contact with potential customers from the market, recommend solutions according to the customers' needs
e) Evaluate resources spent in operations and analysis the business impact through resources projection and cost calculation for discussion with managment and decide negotiation with customers
f) Prepare business propsals with quotations in responding to the enquires from customers
g) Review the SOP and SLA timely to maximise the benefit of the company
h) Collaborate on various interdepartmental for the internal administraive procedures such IT, procurment, finance and legal.
i) Matain good business relationship with customers and community stakeholders to enhance effeive communication
J) Handle, investiage and solve customers' complaints, problems and any major incidents
k) Propose and manage services improvement initiatives that can bring benefit and add values to company and customers
l) Preparing the monthly billing report for the customers and suppliers activities
m) Managing the customers services team to maximise the productivities of the team
n) Assisting in prepare monthly, qurterly and annualy tonnage trend report for management
o) Perform any adhoc dutIes assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
a) F.7 or Tertiary level educational qualification preferably in Logistics or Transportation
b) Strong leadership and experience in mangaging a cucstomers services team and various customers
c) Minimum 10 years experience in airlines, air cargo terminal, ground handling agent, logistic company, or freight forwarding company, of which minimum 5 years in a supervisory level
d) Hands-on experience in air cargo terminal & freight forwarding company operations would be an advantage
e) Fluent in writter and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarian speaking would be an advantage
f) Sound knowledge on air import, export, transshipment cargo and mail operations handling procedures
g) Willing to perform shift duty including overnight shift as necessary
