Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing an operation readiness plan for both 2RS and 3RS infrastructures and liaise with relevant stakeholders/departments
• Coordinate with technical departments on modifications of existing apron works for the facilitation of 2RS and 3RS project proposals
• Formulate the checklist and timeline on required aerodrome documents and systems to be updated
• Liaise with TRD/CWD/TSD to provide statutory submissions plan and keep track of the submission progress
• Coordinate the stakeholder engagement workshops with the relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 3 years working experiences, preferably in Aviation, transport and logistic related degree holder
• Working experience in the Aviation industry, particularly with airfield knowledge is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem solving mindset
• Self-motivation and able to work under pressure and within deadlines. A team player with pleasant personality and good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to interact professionally with diverse groups of stakeholders
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Competent PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Possess valid driving license would be an advantage
