Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Formulate and lead year-round brand Integrated marketing communications & digital media strategy planning and omni-channel development with clear road map to elevate the wellness brand experience and continuously drive traffic
  • Lead and digitalize integrated marketing campaigns from planning to analysis to support monthly/ seasonal themes, new brand & product launches and product repush to drive sales for the company
  • Build comprehensive digital ecosystem and map end-to-end customer journeys from awareness to conversions across all digital touchpoints including social media channels, digital partnerships & owned channels
  • Manage budget planning and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver efficient media planning, optimization of key metrics such as cost per metrics and ROI in an integrated multi-brand scope
  • Work closely with retail team, brand team and ecommerce team to continuously drive sales and increase to retail channel and ecommerce through lead nurturing
  • Lead and orchestrate social media and content strategy based on the product roadmap & seasonal brand theme to drive customer engagement through humanised & UGC content and all online communications
  • Develop strong internal relationships across multiple business functions to ensure efficient communications & collaborations

 

Job Requirements:

  • University degree
  • 5+ years of solid experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing and campaign management 
  • Background in wellness or lifestyle products; multi-brand scope will be an advantage
  • Passionate about sustainable beauty and holistic wellbeing
  • Proven digital marketing experience including SEO/SEM, performance marketing, social media management and content marketing with successful campaign activations
  • Able to create customer journey maps and translate business goals into integrated marketing campaigns
  • Result-oriented, detail-minded, data-driven with strong business sense
  • Able to work independently and experienced in leading a team with good people management and problem-solving skills
  • Highly adaptive and flexible to handle various projects in parallel and cope with frequent changes
  • Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Integrated & Digital Marketing Manager
