This role is based in Lever Style Shenzhen office.
Responsibilities
Business Partnership
- Devise and implement policies and guidelines on talent acquisition / retention, organization transformation & healthiness, training & development and employee relations.
- Identify and diagnose people issues amid strategic growth and business integration.
- Play coaching role to develop function leaders for better people management skills.
- Compensation & benefits (payroll, statutory contribution, insurances, etc.) management with overseas staff.
Program Management
- Training & Learning Management – responsible for planning, organizing and facilitating seminars or workshops (including online / in-class sessions) on professional knowledge and general skillset; encourage training attendance and participation, and training metrics management.
- Devise employee relations and sustainability programs to enhance employee engagement and company branding. Lead employee engagement survey, review results, conduct focus groups and formulate improvement action plans to enhance employee engagement. Organize regular activities, team building, management communication sessions and social & community events.
Metrics and Data Analysis
- Provide comprehensive HR metrics on a regular cadence to drive business discussions and support talent reviews.
- Support annual budget planning processes through compensation audits, using data to influence decision making.
- Review, analyse and share engagement and attrition data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university; Human Resources major is preferred.
- Five to eight years of experience as HR Generalist or HR BP.
- Smart, hands-on, meticulous, and career-driven.
- Well versed with local employment ordinance and market common practices.
- Proven ability to cultivate strong partnerships, interface, communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese.
