Responsibilities:

• Propose and present trade activation programs for Sales team of all channels to drive sales and achieve company strategy
• Develop and coordinate go-to-market (GTM) plans for all channels
• Coordinate the new product launch plan with across functional teams (e.g. Commercial, Sales, Supply Chain and Brand)
• Coordinate the planning, development, implementation and monitoring of promotional & merchandising program at stopper, customer and market segment levels
• Work closely with internal and external parties for quality POSM/ premium development and production under a tight timeline
• Work out the promotion calendar and project timeline for different channels and categories for the projects assigned
• Prepare regular weekly & monthly sales reports
• Coordinate ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business/Marketing discipline or equivalent
• Min. 2 years'  working experience in trade marketing, preferably in FMCG company
• Previous roles in dealing with suppliers / media, creative and production agencies and understanding of FMCG key account operation is a must
• Key account servicing or sales marketing background would be an advantage
• Project management experience is preferable
• Strong communication and presentation skill
• Creative and self-motivated team player
• Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint
• Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Candidate who have more experience will be offered Senior Marketing Executive
• Immediately available is preferred
