Job Description:

• Set up events and activities on a daily basis, ensuring all equipment, props, and materials are appropriately arranged and prepared.
• Research and prepare creative ideas for activities such as arts and crafts, print-out props, activity materials etc.
• Procure and purchase materials and props required for events and activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary guidelines. 
• Provide technical support during events, troubleshooting equipment and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
• Offer on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any immediate concerns or requirements.
• Assist in social media planning and preparation.
• Assist in ad hoc assignments.

Requirement:

• Diploma holder or above; additional education or certification in events management or related field is a plus.
• Work experiences or education background in Events Management / PR / Corporate Communication are highly preferred
• Strong creativity & art sense
• Love of young toddlers 
• Willing to work as part of a team
• Good communication skills in Cantonese and English 
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office for basic administrative tasks.
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or other graphic design software is advantageous.
