Job Description
Job Duties
- Hands-on role including systems testing, network and server installation & configuration, day-to-day support covering end-user desktop and business applications.
- Onsite setup and configuration POS computers and other IT equipment.
- Respond to telephone/email/instant messenger enquiries from internal users on technical support, troubleshooting and resolution.
- Monitor network, operation system and surveillance to ensure the stability of service.
- Perform regular data backup and server administration.
- Manage IT Inventory and maintain a proper record.
- May be required works on shift at Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays and to perform maintenance work during off hours.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by IT manager.
Requirements
- Certificate or above in Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 3 year working experience in helpdesk/desktop support.
- Basic knowledge in computer hardware and software.
- Proactive and positive attitude. Excellent customer service-oriented mindset and able to work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
