Job Description

• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
• To lead the entire cycle of the software development project, including but not limited to analyzing business requirements and specifying functional requirements of a new system, developing the project plan and schedule, manage the cost and quality of works, prepare documentation.
• To effectively communicate project matters to all levels of stakeholders.
• Engage with project governance on project performance and change management matters
• To mobilize the project team in Hong Kong and offshore, and to supervise the work and performance of all project team members.
• Lead & control the project-related risk management process & ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

 Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Proven 5-8 years of working experience in IT application development, preferably within the Telecom industry.
• PMP / PMI-ACP / Agile cert is preferred.
• Proficient in SDLC project management execution and business analysis experience
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and deliver projects in time, meanwhile within budget.
• Be self-motivated, and initiative with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements by translating them into technical specifications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experiences in vendor management, and management of outsourced development projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
