Major duties:

• Assist Despatch Supervisor in all administration inputs and logistical requirement needed;
• Track and update the status of despatch and ensuring on time delivery;
• Handle of transport documents and transport arrangement;
• Sales order processing and data input; and
• Liaise with other departments to cope with despatch arrangement.

Requirements:

• DSE or above;
• Minimum 2 years working experience;
• Proficiency in computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, etc);
• Willing to learn; and
• Good interpersonal skills for dealing with customers would be an advantage.
