KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide professional guidance to the staff, ensure the operation complies with the SOP requirements 為店員提供專業指導，確保操作符合SOP要求

• Implementing the Food safety and hygiene procedure 執行食品安全及衛生程序

• Supervising the preparation and production of food at the highest and consistent standards  依照最高並一致的標準監督食品的準備和生產

• Plan and execute for the product menu 規劃並執行產品菜單

• Control the cost of food and manpower 監控食品及人力成本

• Define the job scope and the skill assessment contents 明確工作範圍和技能考核內容

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Sound knowledge of food and beverage management and production skills of Sushi & Sashimi  熟悉餐飲管理、壽司及生魚片的製作技巧

• Hygiene Manager Certification or similar food safety qualification is preferable  具食品衞生經理證書或食品安全資格者優先

• Excellent people management practices with good communication skills  

優秀的人員管理和良好的溝通技巧 

• Basic Knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing  基本電腦操作知識
