Responsibilities:

• Perform first touch point for technical support via incoming call.
• Tackle and provide technical services for corporate clients on 5G broadband, Wi-Fi router, mobile & devices, etc.
• Require onsite support timely.

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in computer or related disciplines.
• 2 years' or above working experience in I.T. related filed and solid helpdesk, customer service background.
• Basic troubleshoot knowledge on Windows, Office, Mac, CPE, Mobile device (e.g. iPhone, Android, Windows).
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, detail-oriented and self-motivation.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
