Job Duties:

• Daily health check for all IT related devices (e.g. IPAD, Concierge computer system, Wifi signal, etc)
• Troubleshoot concierge computer system when receive whatsapp notification (e.g. Octopus machine, QR code scanner, A4 scanner)
• Provide onsite end user support including back office on IT related devices troubleshooting, resolve incidents and perform maintenance
• Keep IT Fixed Asset inventory up-to-date
• Conduct stock take every 6 months
• Other ad hoc duties may be assigned

Job Requirement:

• F.5 or above
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in technical support
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in O365 support is an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently and hard working
• Proficient in both English and Chinese, with ability to communicate in Putonghua is an advantage
