- Respond to user enquiries and issues related to the Hospital Information System and related sub-systems.
- Monitor system performance and alerts to ensure optimal operation.
- Perform IT support tasks, including application installation and workstation checking.
- Perform system maintenance: Regular hot-fix, new releases, data patching, application upgrades.
- Work closely with client’s IT teams and external vendors to manage business expectations in-line with overall capability and priorities, ensuring positive outcome
- Establish and enhance best practices for support/helpdesk services to customers.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related disciplines
- Min. 5 years of experience in providing technical support for systems or similar technology.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and tools for identifying and resolving the issues.
- Experience in managing client relationships in IT services, vendor management & people management
- Strong technical background and innovative with strong curious mindsets
- Excellent end-user communication skills, effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong end-user verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
