We are seeking highly skilled and motivated IT Engineers at all levels to provide comprehensive IT services across various domains. As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure, systems, and applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of all IT services and support the organization's technological needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and virtualization platforms.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components such as operating systems, databases, applications, and security tools.
• Monitor system performance to identify potential issues or bottlenecks; proactively resolve them to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for new projects or enhancements; provide technical expertise in planning and implementing solutions.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security standards; implement necessary measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in the IT industry; evaluate their potential benefits for the organization's infrastructure or services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience working in SI companies are highly preferable.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/MCSE/RHCE are highly desirable.
• Proven experience as an IT Engineer or similar role across multiple domains (networking, systems administration, database management).
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking protocols (TCP/IP), virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python/PowerShell) for automation tasks is desirable.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
