Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Purchasing Manager for all external purchasing activities.
• Handle sourcing (including food and non-food items), price & payment terms negotiation, etc.
• Source for global vendors and access existing vendors performance.
• Liaise and co-ordinate for delivery schedule.
• Identify price trends and keep update on supplier market trends.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma holder in Purchasing and Supply or related disciplines.
• Food sourcing experience a must.
• Numeric sensitive.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of shipping documents is an advantage.

Less experienced candidate will be considered as “Purchasing Officer”
