We are recruiting a detail minded and attentive individual who is keen to work as part of a growing team in a Fine Art Warehouse based in Hong Kong. As well attending to your daily duties in the warehouse, you will be required load and un-load trucks, packing / un-packing of artwork, provide excellent service to our clients in our state-of-the-art Viewing Rooms. In addition, you will need to work effectively alongside our Registrar Team to securely receive, release, and process high value items from our facility. Full training is provided and you will have an opportunity to gain insight into an exciting industry in Hong Kong and on an international level. We are looking forward to working with you!

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise the staff in the day-to-day warehouse activities according to Warehouse Work Instructions (WWI) 根據倉庫工作指示 (WWI) 監督員工的日常倉庫活動
• Communicate job expectations and coach employees. 傳達工作期望並指導員工。
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance 衡量並報告倉儲的有效性和員工績效
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods透過優越的服務，實現高標準的客戶滿意度
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area. Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status 整理及保持庫存、儲存區域及物品記錄，記錄必要的資訊並利用報告資料來預測倉庫狀態
• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy. Perform condition checking and ensure correctness of documentation 確保發貨和庫存交易的準確性，檢查並確保文件的準確性
• Enforce the rules and procedures governing the work safety inspection and maintain an orderly and clean work area 執行安全生產檢查規則和程序，保持工作區域有序、清潔
• Open and lock up the warehouse every day (physical lock and alarm system) 每天開和關閉倉庫及警報系統
• As one of the contact point between warehouse and alarm control room作為倉庫與警報的聯絡點之一
• Report immediately of all accidents and damages to the artworks 立即報告所有事故和藝術品損壞
