•        透過電話/電郵解答及處理客戶查詢，須跟進投訴個案
•        使用系統輸入或更新相關資料

職位要求

•        中五程度或以上程度
•        1年或以上客戶服務經驗或具客服中心工作經驗優先考慮
•        懂中文打字及基本電腦操作
•        操流利廣東話及英語，良好普通話
•        歡迎應屆畢業生及經驗較少者申請，即時上班者優先

工作地點： 美孚

輪班工作時間

•        上午9:00至晚上8:00 (包括星期一至日及公眾假期)
•        每週工作5天，每天工作8.5小時
