Job Responsibilities 

Onsite Flu

• Packing onsite medical materials (estimate 5-6 sessions per day)
• Onsite support 15+ school outreaches 
• Support weekends (Sat & Sun) DHC sessions
• Support night session (6pm – 9pm) KTSCHCA sessions
• Onsite admin support, such as JP Morgan, MTR and The Jockey Club (by request from BD) 
• Admin support of VSS eHealth update (data entry and filing within 7 days) 
• Check and scan QHMS declaration form and VSS form 

Corporate Wellness

• Onsite support for Health Lounge events
• Join in Health Talk webinar for admin support
• Assist to edit the health talk summary for client 
• RCH (elderly home) covid-19 vaccination outreach support 
• DHC (PCV13) vaccination outreach support
• Onsite support of community engagement event

Job Requirements:

• HKCEE/ HKDSE or above
• Relevant work experience in healthcare industry is an advantage
• Demonstration effective communication skills
• Good team player
