Responsibilities

• Manage and implement O365 projects, including migrations, upgrades, and new tenant setup
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for O365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to O365 applications and services
• Assist with Active Directory administration tasks, including user/group management, GPO configuration, and account provisioning
• Document processes and procedures for O365 and AD management
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure system/service availability and security
• Deliver end-user training

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role
• Proficient in administering and supporting Office 365 services
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory management and configuration
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
