Our client is a well known Chinese financial institution, is currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their CS team.

Job Summary:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service. You will be expected to communicate effectively over the phone, be knowledgeable about the products and services, and maintain a positive demeanor while interacting with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide information about the products and services, including account balances, interest rates, and loan options
• Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems, providing solutions, and following up with customers
• Update CRM Systems record during daily calling activities
   

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year or more working experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
