Project Engineer - Data Center

A leading data center provider is known for advanced infrastructure, extensive network connectivity and committed to sustainability. They are looking for a Project Engineer to monitor the existing project.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and monitor site works to ensure compliance with contract requirements and in compliance.
• Prepare and track a defects list for contractors and coordinate design, drawings, and site activities.
• Supervise work progress, report critical issues, and monitor testing and commissioning.
• Maintain records, supervise technical team, and assist with contract management duties.
• Review contractor drawings, respond to technical queries, and evaluate value engineering options.
• Regularly inspect MEP services, report against specifications, and promote site safety.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in building services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
• 5 years of relevant experience, Data Center experience preferred
• proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Good command of English, Chinese, and Mandarin
