Our clients is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Assistant Maintenance Manager

Job Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Create a monthly report and a defect report.
- Resolve technological issues and handle urgent or emergency maintenance.
- On all repair job levels, offer technical guidance and fault investigation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient maintenance and repair activities.
- Inventory control, review, and updating for spare components.

Job Requirements:
- Holders of Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines
- Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A) or equivalent is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in E&M maintenance services work, with at least 3 years at supervisory level in maintenance work.
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
