What efforts you need to make for this role?

• Perform network monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Perform system upgrade, data backup/restoration.
• Provide 2nd tier network support to internal parties.
• Prepare operation reports.
• 7 x 24 shift duty is required.
• Working location: Kwai Hing
   

Let’s check if you are /have…

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Telecommunication, Computer Networking, or related disciplines with 1 year working experience.
• Fresh graduates with passion and willing to learn are welcomed.
• Knowledge of IP network, basic routing, switching and troubleshooting skill.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux/shell scripting will be an advantage.
• Holder of CCNA, CCNP or any other network administration certificates is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good team player and self-motivated.
