What you'll do

• Industry Development Strategy: Implement a systematic client/partner development system to continuously assess and understand the digital needs of different industries. Initiate and implement government funded projects e.g. TSF, PASS, GSP in collaboration with leading industry bodies to uplift the digital literacy and capability of the industry professionals and the general public. Organize topical events and activities to deepen engagement with stakeholders.
• Greater Bay Area (GBA) Integration Blueprint: Fortify digital and economic synergies between Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area. Initiate GBA-HK Industry Programs, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange between tech and industry professionals in both regions via conferences, seminars, trade shows, study missions, etc.
• NGO Digital Leadership Program: Lead and accelerate digital transformation in NGO sectors. Provide consultancy, guidance and enablement workshops to upskill the workforce. Launch specialized digital toolkit tailored for NGOs to address their unique challenges and opportunities in the digital realm. Joint forces with the leading bodies to continuously innovate and cultivate digital best practices in NGO sectors.
• Cross-Team Matrix: Enhance inter-departmental collaborations and synergies within the organization. Implement cross-team digital challenges, where mixed teams collaborate on themed industry digital projects, fostering creativity and breaking siloed thinking for results and impact.

You will be a good fit if you have/ are

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• A minimum of 15 years of work experience, with at least 8 years in management position in related field
• Previous experience in administering and implementing government funded projects is an absolute advantage
• Strong connections in tech, industry, NGO and government sectors in Hong Kong
• Proven track record in developing successful partnerships and collaborations
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics
