Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Supervise a team to handle day-to-day call center operation
• Ensure complaint cases or enquiries are being handled in line with company policy
• Ensure quality of services are being delivered to client according to SLA and KPI
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills
• Prepare monthly operation reports and roster schedule
• Provide ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• At least 4 years relevant experience in customer service of which 1 year in a supervisory role
• Mature, work independently and self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure with good problem-solving skill
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred.

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Customer Service Manager.
