Job description:

Summary

Lidl & Kaufland Asis are hiring an Assistant Merchandiser to join our Merchandising Home & Garden Furniture team. The successful candidate will be responsible for below tasks,

Assist in the order process

Provide assistance to the Merchandising Team

What you'll do

Contributes on the evaluation and monitor the factories for continuous improvement and business development

Follow up on the sampling process

Assist on quotations, price analysis and price negotiations with supplier

Assist the order allocation process from confirmation to shipment

Assist monitoring the end to end process and critical path management within the merchandising team and through day to day liaison with supply chain and supporting departments

What you'll need

Tertiary level education

Merchandising experience or supply-chain related experience

Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin, additional languages would be benificial

Problem solving skills, with the ability to seek advise when required

Good working attitude, willing to learn, and a good team player

Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel and Power Point)

Fresh graduates with a relevant degree will also be considered
