Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative, secretarial and clerical support for the daily operation and task implementation of various administrative service functions, e.g. Business Support Services, Procurement & Supplies, General Administration, Medical Records & Patient Services, Facility Management.

2. Prepare presentation papers or report, take meeting notes and/or draft correspondences.

3. Assist in asset management, procurement & material management at local level including asset data, stock-taking and asset disposal.

4. Assist in the coordinating returns, perform data input and analysis, documentation and records keeping.

5. Assist in coordinating and organizing meetings, programmes and/or activities.

6. Assist in handling enquiries from stakeholders to ensure effective and timely support.

7. Perform general clerical duties and any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

 

Entry Requirements:  
1.  University Graduates; OR
2.  Completed F.5/S.5 with :
     i. Passes in 5 subjects in the HKCEE, including English Language (Syl B) and Chinese  Language, or equivalent; OR
    ii. 5 subjects in the HKDSE attaining the level specified below: 
     - Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and
     - Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent  
     AND diploma in a specialized function. 

 

Preferred Attributes / Exposure:

1. Experience in providing secretariat / executive support in healthcare setting.

2. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

3. Proficient in PC applications, including English and Chinese word processing, MS Word, Photoshop etc.

4. Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and pivot tables

5. Competent in PowerPoint with creative presentation design abilities

6.Experienced in designing creative and attractive posters

7. Possess knowledge in multimedia skills.

8. Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills.

9. Strong team spirit, able to work independently under pressure and accomplish tasks within tight schedule, and dedicated to quality service.
