Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage responses for customer-initiated audits, including both second-party and third-party audits, on the services provided by the company, and for company-initiated audits, conducted by internal and external auditors.
- Perform audits preparations and, if needed, training on global processes to all teams
- Ensure relevant Atos global processes are properly deployed, documented and executed in the account.
- Ensure all documents across IT Operations are up-to-date according to Atos Quality Management standards, including Process documents, Design documents, Technical diagrams, Technical/Operational Procedures, Work instructions, and New client transition deliverables, etc
- Identify process gaps against audit controls and service deliverables, and work with delivery teams to develop, enhance and/or customize processes to bridge these gaps, before it becomes an audit issue.
- Drive process changes and continuous improvement plans to enhance service quality.
- Work closely with Head of Service Delivery Management and Head of Operations to drive continuous improvements on operational metrics, reporting documentation and to ensure management reporting to Senior Management is accurate, up-to-date and timely.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or relevant discipline with 5 years’ relevant working experience.
- Minimum 8 years’ of IT experiences including at least 5 years’ of experience specializing in the field of IT best-practices/ITIL process management, Service Management, Quality Management or IT Audit.
- In-depth understanding of ITIL and ISO standards.
- Experienced in IT operations and auditing sizable projects or organizations.
- Experienced in project management, especially in implementing process improvement initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Holder of CISA, CISM or ITIL certification would be an added advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent influencing skills with a strong desire to introduce changes to improve the working environment.
- Excellent analytical skills to identify gaps and loopholes.
- A proactive self-starter with the ability to work as a team, independently and under pressure
- Exposure in financial industry preferred.
