Job Responsibilities 

• Direct report to team manager for daily operations in assigned channels such as HKTVmall, Shopee etc. 
• To provide insights, trends and recommendations through data analysis to develop e-Channel optimization strategies to increase sales and conversion. 
• Prepare daily reports for promotion evaluation and sales performance. 
• Proactively optimize content and campaigns based on data results. 
• Handle and follow up customer inquiries/complaints/returns. 
• Liaise and coordinate with buyers, logistics and related departments on day-to-day business operation. 

Requirements 

• School Certificate or above in e-Commerce, Marketing, or other business-related disciplines. 
• Minimum 2 years solid experience in e-commerce/e-marketing/online store. 
• Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
• Hard-working with positive attitude, responsible, detail-minded, well-organized and good communication skills. 
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Highly motivated, aggressive and sales driven. 
• Immediate available is preferrable. 

Salary Package :
