Responsibilities:

• Involve in a 12 months programme on different aspects divided into six areas:

1. Marketing 
2. Sales 
3. Operation 
4. Business Development 
5. Management 
6. Recruitment 

• Provide quality services and financial solutions to customers and satisfy their changing financial needs.
• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection to connect with prospects and Clients.
• Work with different team to coordinate the project progress.  
• Share real-life work experience and critical success factors by experienced senior mentors.
• Study financial needs analysis and advices on wealth management. 
• Comprehensive training programs including classroom training, workshops, experiential activities, practical exercises.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in in Hong Kong graduated in 2023/2022 will be preference.
• Recent Graduate and IANG also considered.  
• Interested in wealth management and financial planning. 
• Good command in Cantonese, English and Putonghua.  
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, strong sense of responsibilities.
• Attend licensing courses of IIQE paper I and III (including courses and examinations).
