Responsibilities:

• Create and plan contents across digital channels including social media, mobile and web
• Drive digital strategy for website, social media, and online platforms
• Develop and manage the CRM programs to activate and maintain customers' base
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand engagement and awareness
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and provide innovative strategies and ideas

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM management
• Welcome candidates from agency background
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
