Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor the maintenance, security and cleaning services of properties
• Handle enquiries, complaints and emergency incidents
• Perform administrative duties

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with Diploma / Certificate in Property and Facility Management or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework Level 3
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in property management
• Good analytical, communication and leadership skills
• Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Computer literate in Ms Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Estate Officer.
