Responsibilities:

• Support Key Accounts development and maintenance through evaluating the requirements and suggesting respective solutions to clients;
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives set by client acquisition and retention;
• Handle new and existing clients' enquiries with excellent services and regular update the new products/services to them;
• Prepare quotations, business plans & proposals and solutions for key accounts;
• Handle customer’s enquiry;
• Monitor, analyze sales and market trends;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Sales, Marketing, Business, Logistics or related disciplines;
• 1-2 years of experience in sales support, account management or customer services field;
• Excellent customer services and communication skills;
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Sales Officer;
• Immediate available is preferred.
