Those who pass the initial screening will be invited to an exclusive "Experience Day". This immersive event will be your portal to a world of revelations, where The Camellia Cohort's intricate details will be unveiled. 

 
If you are chosen to be part of The Camellia Cohort, this program will offer you: 

A Multifaceted Retail Adventure: Gain insight into the operations and realities of luxury retail through rotation across various divisions and retail positions. 

Relentless Growth: Discover your strengths, interests and values, challenge your adaptability and learning agility, acquire life skills and professional skills that will be important cornerstones of your future development. 

A Collaborative Ecosystem: Connect and grow with a group of carefully selected peers who are driven and share a spirit of exploration. 

Position Requirements: 

• Submission of CV

• Passion and curiosity for frontline professions in the retail service/luxury industry 
• Excellent language skills (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred), communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Eager to develop a career in the luxury retail industry and work in a team-oriented environment. 
• No more than 2 years of work experience (willingness to learn and a strong sense of ownership are highly valued)
