Pay:
HK$16,816 to HK$26,173 (HGPS Pt 2 to Pt 9) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Job :
1.
Provide administrative and clerical support for the daily operations of Cluster Human Resources Division.
2.
Assist in coordinating the implementation of HR projects and ad hoc tasks.
3.
Handle correspondence, documents and maintain records and database.
4.
Conduct payroll / staff benefit related payments and allowances HCM input.
5.
Collect, verify and compile statistics and reports.
6.
Update and circulate memos, circulars, policies and guidelines or any other HR related documents when necessary.
7.
Communicate and liaise with various internal and external stakeholders and provide assistance when necessary.
8.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements :
1.
(a)
Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syllabus B), Chinese Language and Mathematics, or equivalent.
OR
(b)
5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:
l Level 2 in English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics; and
l Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects/ Grade E in Other Language subjects;
or equivalent.
2.
Ability to perform typing, word processing and/or Chinese word processing.
Preferable Attributes :
1.
Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently.
2.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
3.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
4
Knowledge of common office automation and PC applications (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access & MS PowerPoint).
5.
Possess 2 years HR related working experience.
6.
Familiar with the HA HR Policies Manual and HR Administration Manual.
7.
Willing to work outside normal office hours when necessary.
8.
With good knowledge and hands-on experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
