An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Accountant to join a dynamic team in Hong Kong.

As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial obligations. Your primary responsibility will be processing staff claims and corporate card expenses, ensuring they align with company policies.

• Process and arrange payments of staff claims and expenses
• Verify and process payment in accordance with company policies and guidelines
• Liaise with internal users and answer inquiries on staff claims related matters
• Support month end closing and financial reporting matters
• Assist in annual audit and liaise with external vendors

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy or equivalent, preferably a student member of a recognised accountancy body
• 1-3 years' relevant experience in A/P, preferably in a shared services or similar environment providing financial operation services
• A good team player, proactive, hardworking, able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
• Proficiency in MS office applications including Excel and Word
• Experience in using ERP system, e.g. SAP, Oracle a plus
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Chinese
