The Role:
 

• Coordinate with clients, developers, architects, consultants, main contractors and other trades for gas installation in construction sites
• Attend site meetings with site coordinators and relevant project sectors when necessary
• Ensure the submission of site documents and drawings by site coordinators, and installation work executed by dealers / contractors and installation technicians are in compliance with Company’s Code of Practice, Government Regulations and other relevant requirements
• Conduct site safety and quality audit
• Provide solutions for technical problems and improve service quality
• Continuously improve the installation methods and pay attention to the performance of new products quality
• Solve any conflict between the Company, dealers and customers, and evaluate all preventive measures to satisfy customer’s requirement
• Ensure dealers / contractors, site coordinators and installation technicians carrying out the jobs meet customers’ satisfaction in all aspects
• Closely monitor the workmanship of dealers / contractors and installation technicians

The Person:
 

• Holder of Bachelor Degree or above in any discipline preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering disciplines
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience preferably in gas engineering
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with good spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing, PC and software applications, e.g. AutoCAD, BIM
• With strong sense of responsibility, service-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good problem solving with an analytical and strategic mindset
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
