- Answer and respond to calls, emails, service portal, and online chat
- Research required information using available resources
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate parties according to available guideline
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Complete call logs
- Prepare reports
Requirements
- 2 years IT support experience
- DSE / HKCEE, high school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
- Good command in Cantonese and English, Putonghua is an advantage
- Experience working for IT helpdesk / IT Call Center is an advantage
- 5-day work a week
- Shift duties may be required with compensation leave / shift allowance
- Welcome fresh graduates
