Responsibilities 

• Perform general reception duties including answering enquiries, taking messages, greeting visitors and handling meeting room bookings 
• Ensure the tidiness of reception area and meeting rooms with timely tea services provided by amah
• Register incoming mails and parcels
• Assist the administrative duties in office administration team as assigned

Requirements 

• Secondary school graduate or above with a pass in English Language in HKCEE/HKDSE
• 3 to 4 years' relevant experience of which at least one year in sizeable company
• Good proficiency of spoken English / Chinese including Putonghua
• Pleasant and polite, service oriented with excellent telephone manner
• Energetic with common sense and good interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and a good team player
