Job Description

The caliber will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationship with Key Account clients and to expand current business.  He / she will be constructing sales analysis and insights as well as partnering with our Key Account clients for promotional campaign to achieve sales targets.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute action plan (including all in-store activities, marketing mechanics) to achieve sales target across all KPIs.• Assist with execution and follow-up of all market activities to promote Nespresso ;
  • Achievement of machine/ accessories/ milk device/ coffee sales budget (based on goal-setting) and acquire new member
  • Manage promoter performance to ensure KPIs are achieved 
  • Build up strong relationship with trade partners and promoters through daily execution ;
  • Implement incentive actions in order to motivate and create a real partnership between trade and Nespresso ;
  • Be the person of reference on assigned accounts handle all accounts related issue (finance AR/ aging/ complaints/ stock delivery/promotion material/  training and relationship with floor staff) ;
  • Purchase order processing and prepare competitors trend and sales analysis report on a regularly basis
  • Prepare the visit  (situation, problems, objectives, solutions, action plan) and make sure shelf space dedicated to Nespresso machines and assortment share in store, achieve merchandising optimization
  • Look after the machine stock in store and check the turnover in order to avoid out-of-stock situation ;
  • Review with contact-person at chain/store level key issues/sales drivers from plan/previous visit
  • Handle eTrade from execution and negotiation, proactively look for new customers and corporate sales, support omni-channel initiatives ;
  • Provide tactical sales support at store level: Train sales staff, implement promotions and incentive, plan and execute in-store demos and merchandise, including durable and non-durable POSM placement, machine display, tasting material, POS windows
  • Assist in training and the follow-up of demo teams. Plan Demos in function of POS classification, potential and strong purchasing moments

 

 

Requirements

  • University graduate in Business Administrations or related discipline
  • At least 2 years' experience in key account management gained from FMCG or retail industry
  • Experience in household appliances' chains or mass market national chains will be a definitely advantage
  • Understand retail/trade environment preferably with premium brand exposure
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and with a sense of customer centric
  • eTrade experience is preferred and willing to learn & explore
  • May require to work during weekends subject to trade events arrangement
