Responsibilities:

Logistics Clerk – Customer Service (Tsing Yi TsHubs) 

• Handle daily inbound /outbound operation arrangement
• Clerical Works (Data Entry / Invoice / Packing List Preparation)
• Coordinate with internal / external related parties to ensure smooth operation
• Arrange orders & liaise with all parties concerned
• Assist / Engage in ad-hoc / new projects / new work related processes
• Report to Team supervisor

Requirements: 

• S5 or above, diploma holder in Logistics is an advantage (Fresh Graduates / Fair Experience are welcome)
• Knowledge of Tradelink, Oneport Operation
• Clerical Works (Data Entry / Invoice / Packing List Preparation)
• Coordinate with internal / external related parties to ensure smooth operation
• Arrange orders & liaise with all parties concerned
• Assist / Engage in ad-hoc / new projects / new work related processes
• Report to Team supervisor
