Job Description:

• Responsible for first line support of global systems to internal users
• Participate in analysis, design and implementation of customer EDI / API projects
• Assist in user acceptance test and execute system deployments
• Manage vendors on development of system enhancements and projects to secure the quality of deliverable and budget
• Provide technical support to business units
• Participate in any ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in IT related disciplines 
• At least 2 year relevant working experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and presentation skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
• Team player and self-motivated
• Immediately available is preferred
