The Role:
 

• Enhance and promote gas applications in Government trade
• Perform account management for Government trade including proposal preparation and offer to customers
• Handle town gas design including town gas supply, steam and hot water boiler system and desiccant air-conditioning
• Conduct technical and market researches
• Assist in the preparation of sales and management reports
• Prepare tender documents
• Negotiate with client for project price, summarize and submit variation claims, interim payment applications and final account

The Person:
 

• Degree in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering disciplines
• 2-5 years of work experience in related field; candidate with more experience will be considered as Engineer
• Multi-tasking, creative, self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Able to manage projects independently and work under pressure
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Holder of a valid driving license (private car) is an advantage
• Fresh Graduates are also welcome
