Job Responsibilities 

1. Manage sellers across various categories, including both global brands and local sellers, on a daily basis. 
2. Responsible for planning and executing activities such as promotions, new brand and product launches, and more. 
3. Build and maintain strong business relationships with sellers. 
4. Educate sellers on Shopee features, promotional campaigns, programs, and provide market insights. 
5. Address and resolve sellers' inquiries, issues, and escalations from various stakeholders. 
6. Analyze and monitor seller performance, proactively seeking solutions to optimize account performance and achieve targets. Identify potential growth opportunities with key partners to expand market share. 
7. Assist in the brand acquisition process by researching, identifying, and pitching potential new sellers. 
8. Support the new seller onboarding journey, including account registration, guiding sellers through the process, and creating educational materials.
9. Demonstrate a coachable and motivated attitude among team members, taking proactive and accountable actions for assigned work. 

Job Requirements 

1. Bachelor's degree in any field; experience with online marketplace is preferred. Fluent in English, Cantonese, Intermediate level in Mandarin 
2. Highly organized and capable of independently carrying out tasks 
3. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills 
4. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment 
5. 1-3 years of experience in Key Account Management or Business Development would be a plus
