Responsibilities:  

• Oversee daily operations of service centers and partners
• Carry out actions to meet/ exceed customer satisfaction
• Monitoring team performance, and identifying areas for improvement
• Managing service schedules, coordination resources, analyzing data to identify trends
• Plan and promote service strategies and initiatives
• Support for ad-hoc activities 

Requirements:  

• Degree holder with at least 2 years of related working experience
• Able to handle multi-task independently, detail oriented and well organized
• Strong sense of responsibility, well organized and a good team player 
• Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
• Good command of written English and Chinese 
• Candidate with higher qualification will be considered as Supervisor/ Assistant Manager
