Responsibilities:

•    Manages the customer relationship and delivers the Service as agreed in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) including scope of 3rd party vendors/partners
•    Manage IT system projects delivery using PMP methodology
•    Manage and provide support and maintenance service for information systems 
•    Develop project plan and manage project schedule, costing and resources
•    Prepare project document deliverables according to the contract requirements
•    Conduct management meetings with customers according to project governance
•    Team Management

Requirements:

•    University graduate in computer science or related disciplines
•    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification with minimum 3 years of experience in project management
•    At least 5 years of IT experience with minimum engagement of the following:
- System Analysis & Design (SA&D)
- System implementation and integration
- Maintenance and support of IT systems 
- Vendor/supplier management
•    The following knowledge and experience will be an advantage:
- Knowledge in Biometric technology 
- IT project experience with Government entities 
- ITIL certification
•    Hands on experience in project management tool including the followings:
- Microsoft Project
- Microsoft SharePoint/Confluence
•    Fluent in speaking Cantonese and English
•    Residence in Hong Kong
•    Subject to Security vetting
