Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Trade Marketing strategy to contribute towards brand growth and business objectives
• Lead the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful retailer programmes
• Stay and share up-to-date with retail market trend, consumers and competitors in order to propose relevant and innovation solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams on stock allocation and logistic for trade promotions
• Maintain good relationship with trade partners to ensure good featuring coverage and support.
• Prepare marketing content for all trade promotions
• Plan and control trade marketing budget to maximize return on investment
• Monitor sales, share performance and competitive activities on regular basis, conduct reviews and deliver regular reports with solid analysis and actions to expand sales and gain share
• Manage product launches/ activations including opportunity identification, concept development, consumer validation
• Manage Visual Merchandising Displays according the Head Quarter’s guideline
• Evaluate and analyze the campaign/promotion effectiveness, and prepare monthly reports
• perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 6-8 years’ relevant experience in Trade and Product marketing, preferably from beauty or retail industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative and results driven
• Able to perform multi-tasks with tight schedules
• Strategic, strong analytical skills and details-minded
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong computer skills, such as Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred
