Responsibilities:  

• Responsible for C&B daily operation, including but not limited to payroll, MPF, work injury handling, taxation and insurance administration in a professional manner
• Participate in annual budgeting, performance management and insurance renewal exercises
• Support on annual C&B projects such as salary review exercise and benefits scheme renewal
• Prepare regular HR reports and analysis for management review
• Participate in other HR projects and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Well-versed in both HK and Macau employment ordinance and tax regulations
• With 6 years of experience in C&B operation gained from sizeable companies
• Detail-minded, mature and motivated
• Proficient in MS Office applications with excellent skill using Excel (e.g. Vlookup, piviot table)
• Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
