Duties:

• Executing and maintaining our client's IT Infrastructure
• Overseeing technical support and management of network, desktop/server hardware and software, and application systems
• Offering Level 1 - 3 assistance for incident resolution
• Collaborating with fellow team members and other departments to advance projects and address incidents

Qualifications:

• 2 - 7 years' solid experience in technical support and management for Windows platforms such as Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 2019/2016, Active Directory Administration / Group Policy, Exchange Server
• Familiarity with networking principles: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching/Firewall
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Firewall/switches and proficiency in virtualization
• Exposure to and Cloud-based Architectures is advantageous
• Certificates holders for CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or MCSE is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in IT / Engineering or equivalent
• Self-motivated with a focus on action and outcomes
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and possessing strong troubleshooting abilities
• Strong technical, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential
