Job Description
The incumbent will provide operational support to facilitate the product / services launch. He/she will be responsible for workflow planning and execution such as system setup for offers (products & services), UAT and logistics support in order to smoothen the sales operation.
Responsibilities:
- Plan offers' logistics and settings on system
- Work with internal departments (eg. Marketing and Sales) to ensure smooth implementation of marketing programs and frontline logistics
- Conduct UAT for various services & programs
- Support daily sales & marketing operations activities, closely work with internal parties for on-going system enhancement
- Derive the service quality, procedural efficiency and process improvement and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 2 years' sales / logistics support experience
- Good interpersonal and project management skill
- Creative, attentive to details and self-motivated
- Good knowledge of PC skill (Access, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese WP)
- Enjoy team-working culture
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
